Job Description
A well-established 400-bed hospital in Florida is seeking a skilled Orthopedic Surgeon for a locum tenens assignment. The facility handles a diverse range of orthopedic cases, including trauma, joint replacement, and sports-related injuries. You will work in a state-of-the-art Level II Trauma Center, providing critical care to a high-volume patient population.
Key Responsibilities/Job Description:
- Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal injuries, disorders, and degenerative conditions
- Perform orthopedic surgeries including fracture repair and joint replacement
- Develop treatment plans utilizing surgical and non-surgical approaches
- Oversee post-operative care, rehabilitation, and recovery
- Interpret diagnostic imaging to guide clinical decisions
- Maintain compliance with clinical documentation and safety standards
