Join a fast-paced, high-volume ICU team at a 400-bed hospital in Kentucky. The facility’s Level II Trauma Center offers a wide range of critical care services. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to manage critically ill patients and provide life-saving interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee patient management in a 30-bed ICU unit, handling complex cases such as sepsis, trauma, and multi-organ failure.
- Perform bedside procedures such as central line placement, intubations, and arterial line insertions.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of specialists, including cardiologists, pulmonologists, and surgeons.
- Actively participate in patient rounds and provide leadership in clinical decision-making.
Program Details:
- Annual Patient Volume: 55,000 patients per year.
- Shift Options: 6a-3p, 9a-6p, 12p-9p, 3p-12a, 5p-2a, 10p-7a.
- APC Coverage: 7a-7p, 11a-11p, 7p-7a.
- Scribe Coverage: Yes, assisting with patient records and documentation.
- EMR System: Medictech.
