Job Description
Join a fast-paced, high-volume ICU team at a 400-bed hospital in Kentucky. The facility’s Level II Trauma Center offers a wide range of critical care services. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to manage critically ill patients and provide life-saving interventions.
Key Responsibilities/Job Description:
- Manage critically ill patients in ICU settings with complex, life-threatening conditions
- Perform and oversee advanced life-support and invasive critical care procedures
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary critical care teams
- Monitor patient progression and adjust care plans as clinically indicated
- Communicate clearly with families regarding patient status and prognosis
