An advanced 300-bed hospital in Tennessee is seeking a Critical Care Physician to join their ICU team on a locum tenens basis. This Level II Trauma Center sees a diverse range of critically ill patients and provides top-tier care with the help of a dedicated team and cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage critically ill patients in the ICU, handling complex conditions such as respiratory failure, sepsis, and multi-organ dysfunction.
• Perform critical bedside procedures, including intubations, central line placements, and ventilator management.
• Collaborate with intensivists, surgeons, and other specialists in a high-acuity environment.
• Participate in daily rounds and offer leadership in clinical decision-making.

Program Details:

• Annual Patient Volume: 60,000 patients per year.
• Shift Options: 12-hour shifts with both day and night options available.
• EMR System: Meditech.
• Scribe Coverage: Yes, assisting with patient documentation.
• Housing & Travel: Full travel and lodging covered for the assignment duration.
