A top-tier hospital in Indiana is looking for a Critical Care Physician to join their ICU team on a locum tenens basis. This high-acuity, 300-bed hospital is a recognized leader in critical care, treating complex cases with state-of-the-art technology and an experienced multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage critically ill patients in the ICU, including those with respiratory failure, sepsis, and multi-organ dysfunction.
- Perform emergency procedures such as intubations, central lines, and ventilator management.
- Collaborate with intensivists, cardiologists, and trauma surgeons to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Participate in daily patient rounds and provide leadership in decision-making.
Program Details:
- Annual Patient Volume: 50,000 patients per year.
- Shift Options: 12-hour shifts, both days and nights available.
