As a Critical Care Physician, you will manage a wide range of critically ill patients, providing life-saving interventions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities/Job Description:
- Manage critically ill patients in ICU settings with complex, life-threatening conditions
- Perform and oversee advanced life-support and invasive critical care procedures
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary critical care teams
- Monitor patient progression and adjust care plans as clinically indicated
- Communicate clearly with families regarding patient status and prognosis
