A premier surgical center in Texas is looking for an Anesthesiologist to join their operating room on a locum tenens basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an Anesthesiologist who enjoys working in a high-tech, patient-focused environment, handling a range of surgeries from general to orthopedic and obstetric procedures.
Key Responsibilities/Job Description:
- Conduct pre-operative patient assessments and develop individualized Anesthesia care plans
- Administer general, regional, and local Anesthesia for surgical and diagnostic procedures
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and physiological status throughout procedures
- Manage airway, pain control, and perioperative complications
- Provide post-Anesthesia care and ensure patient safety and comfort
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and perioperative teams
