Key Responsibilities/Job Description:
- Manage the overall medical care of hospitalized patients
- Conduct daily patient rounds, assessments, and care coordination
- Admit, discharge, and transfer patients efficiently
- Collaborate with specialists, nursing, and case management teams
- Ensure timely documentation and compliance with hospital policies
- Communicate treatment plans and progress with patients and families
