A prestigious 350-bed hospital in California is seeking a Critical Care Physician to provide locum tenens coverage. This Level I Trauma Center has a bustling ICU that treats a wide variety of critical conditions, from sepsis to multi-organ failure. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee critically ill patients, performing lifesaving interventions such as intubations, central lines, and ventilator management.
- Collaborate with surgeons, pulmonologists, and other specialists in a multidisciplinary ICU team.
- Lead daily patient rounds and participate in clinical decision-making.
- Perform emergency procedures and manage acute trauma cases.
Program Details:
- Annual Patient Volume: 75,000 patients per year.
- Shift Options: 12-hour shifts with day/night rotations.
